CLIENT DILEMMA


A growing health care provider was looking to expand the number of their clinic locations in order to provide future growth and greater geographical coverage of care for their patients. While this growth plan seemed to be a logical next step fiscally, the Executive Team wanted to make sure that the staff was on board with the plans and had the tools necessary to handle the growth, given their current responsibilities. There was a sense that this expansion could spread this ten-clinic-practice too thin. The practice recently was recognized as one of the “Best Employers” in the area and wanted to make sure everything was in order before they moved ahead in any manner.
