2. Conducted an employee satisfaction study of a large commercial cleaning operation to determine satisfaction levels of employees in various office locations and employee populations, in an effort to improve recruiting and retention efforts.
3. Performed extensive research regarding the role human resources plays with regard to an organization’s branding efforts, customer satisfaction and financial performance. This research revealed some very new trends and showed a strong link between internal and external marketing.
4. One of the country’s largest privately held, family owned companies retained BDD to conduct 360 assessments of some of their leaders. The efforts of this study helped to make the organization even more highly regarded and admired.
5. The country’s most prestigious law firm retained our firm to conduct exit interviews and track the rationale of previous employees for their departure. The results have allowed us to pinpoint the overall health of each office and identify the “trigger points” that might cause someone to leave the organization in the future.
