1. An employee engagement study conducted on behalf of the country’s largest Oncology research practices’ which is experiencing rapid growth. This practice wanted to make sure employees were committed to this growth.
2. An employee satisfaction study for a very large Midwestern Hospital who wanted to ensure employee contentment was transferring to the patients. Our next phase included a patient satisfaction study to enable the hospital to make those comparisons.
3. Patient satisfaction and guest relations research for an accomplished Cosmetic Plastic Surgeon striving to transform the practice to a “spa-like” setting.
4. Referral satisfaction research to investigate how pleased referring physicians were with the alternate medical practices they were suggesting to their patients. This research also included an additional component that looked at “best-practices” for any medical practice in need of referrals.
